Job summary

Impact Advisors LLC in the United States is seeking a Workday Payroll consultant to lead implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Workday Payroll for clients. • 4+ years of hand on experience supporting Workday Payroll implementation lifecycle processes.
• Workday US Payroll certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, including payroll calculations, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex Workday Payroll projects from start to finish.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex issues.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience mentoring and coaching junior team members preferred.

Job Overview

As a Workday Payroll consultant, you will be responsible for leading the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Workday Payroll solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their payroll requirements, configure Workday Payroll to meet those requirements, and provide expert guidance throughout the implementation process. In addition, you will serve as a subject matter expert on Workday Payroll best practices, helping to optimize processes and maximize efficiency for our clients. You will solve complex business problems integrating the Workday Cloud application with external applications from a variety of Financial, Supply Chain and Human Capital Management functional areas. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll issues, working with clients and internal teams to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Stay current on Workday Payroll updates and new features, assessing their impact on client implementations and advising accordingly.
• Contribute to the development of internal tools, methodologies, and knowledge sharing initiatives to enhance our Workday Payroll practice.

Compensation and Benefits

At Impact Advisors, we are committed to transparency and equity in our compensation practices. The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $125,000-$205,000. For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms. This range reflects consideration of several factors, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs.
