Job summary

Penn Medicine is seeking a Practice Liaison to support ambulatory practices across Revenue Cycle, serving as the primary contact for billing processes and accounts receivable at 150 Monument Road.

This role onboards Revenue Cycle end users, delivers EPIC APM Resolute PB training, and identifies workflow improvements to meet quarterly and long-term goals. Travel to practice locations may be required.

Strong communication and training skills, plus Epic system knowledge, are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Requires HS Diploma/GED and 2+ years' experience in physician billing or healthcare industry.
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree.
• Strong training and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a liaison between practice and Revenue Process department; supports 60 Accounts Receivable Representatives.
• Onboards Revenue Cycle end users and conducts regular credentialing and training sessions.
• Meets with Revenue Cycle users quarterly to review department metrics and set goals.
• Develops and delivers EPIC APM Resolute Professional Billing training courses; maintains training materials.
