Penn Medicine is seeking a Practice Liaison to support ambulatory Revenue Cycle operations. You will serve as the primary billing and AR contact and help onboard end users while driving process improvements across departments.

You will deliver Professional Billing training, maintain training materials, and collaborate with the Revenue Process team to monitor KPIs and goal progress. This position is on site at 150 Monument Road with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Required H.S. Diploma/GED and 2+ years’ experience in physician billing or healthcare industry
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree
• On-going Pennchart Professional Billing credentialing program and training material updates

Responsabilités

• Acts as primary contact for all billing processes and AR issues
• Onboards Revenue Cycle end users and delivers professional billing training
• Meets with Revenue Cycle users quarterly to review KPIs and set goals
• Supports training development and maintains classroom materials
• Travels to practice locations as needed to assist AR performance
• Analyzes reimbursement trends and payer mix using EMR reports
• Maintains knowledge of Revenue Process and suggests process improvements
• Contributes to Rev Cycle Workshop agenda and quarterly newsletter
• Conducts Epic APM Resolute PB training (60 classes/year) with 75 learners/year
