UVA Health is seeking a Revenue Cycle Supervisor to lead a 19-person team responsible for preauthorization and financial clearance across infusion services at UVA Medical Center and community locations. You will coach, escalate, and develop staff while ensuring quality, compliance, and service standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clinical teams, payers, and leaders to eliminate barriers and improve access.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or leadership experience in revenue cycle shown.
• Experience with preauthorization and financial clearance workflows.
• Knowledge of CPT/HCPCS ICD-9-10 and payer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a 19-person team responsible for preauthorization and financial clearance.
• Manage staffing, productivity, quality metrics, and service level goals.
• Serve as escalation point for staff, patient concerns, and complex authorizations.
• Monitor queues and workflows to ensure timely financial clearance.
• Partner with clinical teams and payers to remove barriers to access.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures and workflows.
