Klarity Health is seeking a dynamic Payment Center Leader to drive the operations of our payment center and optimize revenue cycle performance. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage both in-house and vendor RCM resources, and establish proactive monitoring to mitigate issues early.

The role requires a strategic thinker with extensive revenue cycle experience, a track record of improving collections, and the ability to scale payments operations in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in revenue cycle operations or equivalent
• Experience with payer contracts and appeals
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making
• Leadership of cross-functional teams in startup or virtual care environments

Responsibilities

• Formulate and drive a revenue cycle strategy across claims, billing, and provider payout.
• Lead both in-house and vendor RCM teams to improve collections and reimbursements.
• Establish KPIs and monitoring to identify leakage and optimize processes.
• Develop policies to standardize Payment Center operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Product, Provider, Compliance, and Executive teams to implement improvements.
• Drive new payer contract opportunities and optimize existing arrangements.
