Centerstone is seeking a Director of Revenue Cycle (FQHC) to provide strategic leadership and optimization of revenue cycle operations across the organization’s FQHC services. You will serve as the SME on FQHC reimbursement methodologies, including Medicare/Medicaid PPS, and lead initiatives to maximize reimbursement, reduce denials, and improve financial performance.

• Extensive knowledge of FQHC revenue cycle operations and reimbursement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of HRSA compliance requirements and FQHC regulations.
• Expertise in Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, PPS reimbursement and wrap payment processes.
• Experience with financial reporting, performance analytics, and operational improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership for all revenue cycle functions including registration, charge capture, coding, billing, collections, denials, and AR.
• Serve as SME on FQHC reimbursement methodologies including PPS and wrap payment processes.
• Monitor regulatory changes and implement process improvements to maximize reimbursement and reduce denials.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve cash flow, clean claim rates, and overall financial performance.
• Oversee vendor relationships and ensure performance of internal and external revenue cycle operations.
