Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in payment posting, medical coding, medical billing, and accounts receivable.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle processes.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and improve revenue cycle operations to maximize collections.
• Staff management, training, and performance evaluation.
• Coordinate daily billing operations and ensure workflow compliance.
• Improve self-pay collections and strategies.
• Maintain accurate PM and EHR documentation.
• Support denials management and payer path improvements.
• Monitor KPIs and report performance.
