Job summary

ABA Therapy Partners is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to lead hands-on finance operations, including billing, AR, AP, and financial reporting. You will optimize workflows, reduce manual processes, and implement scalable solutions while ensuring compliance with California regional centers and school districts.

The role reports to the CEO and focuses on improving revenue performance, data integrity, and the operational infrastructure needed for growth across payers and programs.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years in revenue cycle management or healthcare billing.
• 3+ years billing California Regional Centers under DDS.
• 3+ years AR/AP, cash posting, and month-end close.
• Experience with automation and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Document finance workflows end to end with clear owners and deadlines.
• Identify bottlenecks, friction, and errors; prioritize fixes by impact.
• Lead automation across billing, AR, AP, and reporting.
• Write and maintain SOPs for training and consistency.
• Own AR aging and drive down DSO; manage external partners.
• Oversee month-end close and cash management; ensure audit readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fit business realities.
