Qualifications

Three (3) years of experience in healthcare billing or revenue cycle management.
Two (2) years experience in a supervisory or leadership role.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of Patient Financial Services staff providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
Oversee end-to-end billing process including claim generation, submission, follow-up, and customer service.
Ensure compliance with billing regulations, payer requirements and self-pay practices.
Monitor billing performance metrics, KPIs, analyze trends, and implement strategies to improve revenue collection and reduce denials.
Review and audit billing data for accuracy before submission.
Collaborate with payers to reconcile accounts and expedite payment processing.
Develop training programs for revenue cycle staff to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
