Aufgaben

• Submit accurate claims daily through electronic billing and payment applications.
• Mail hard copies of claims when electronic filing is unavailable and attach required documentation.
• Handle incoming insurance correspondence and maintain patient account activity logs.
• Contact payers to resolve outstanding claims and expedite timely payments.
• Investigate denials and discuss root causes with payers to improve results.
• Collaborate with departments to gather information for reimbursement success.
