Job summary

Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles is seeking a Revenue Cycle Quality Improvement (QI) Trainer to develop and deliver training programs. You will mentor staff, align curriculum with revenue cycle needs, and ensure compliance with workflow changes.

Key duties include creating training materials for CS-Link/Epic, serving as SME on projects, and collaborating with Enterprise Information Services and vendors. A strong background in Epic training and revenue cycle is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CHAA certification preferred.
• Epic certification in ADT, Hospital Billing Resolute, and/or Physician Billing Resolute preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory, training or teaching role.
• Minimum 3 years of revenue cycle application experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers technical training; assessment, preparation, delivery and evaluation.
• Actively participates as SME in projects; maintains relationships with business partners, EIS, leadership, system users and vendors.
• Uses CS-Link/Epic knowledge to develop training curriculum and deliver training.
• Analyzes workflow, dependencies, and user competencies to set learning objectives.
• Designs role-based training materials crossing CS-Link/Epic modules; incorporates best practices.
