Job summary

Cascadia Health is seeking a Revenue Cycle Support Analyst to optimize billing workflows and manage EHR billing modules. You will partner with clinical teams, external agencies, and vendors to ensure accurate billing and system effectiveness.

The role involves design, testing, training, and ongoing support to sustain billing operations in a trauma-informed, person-first care environment. Portland area travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Preferred: Epic certifications and Financial Reporting certification.

Responsibilities

• This role analyzes complex billing workflows, data flows, and system requirements in collaboration with finance and stakeholders.
• Designs, configures, and implements billing information system solutions to optimize operational efficiency.
• Coordinates with external billing agencies, internal staff, and vendors to support billing operations and system effectiveness.
• Maintains billing systems through advanced support and troubleshooting; partners with EHR vendors for optimal performance.
• Leads tests, training, and post-implementation feedback to ensure ongoing effectiveness.
