Job summary

Cascadia Health is seeking a Revenue Cycle Support Analyst to drive billing workflow improvements and optimize EHR modules. You will analyze complex processes and collaborate with finance, clinical teams, and vendors to implement changes that enhance billing efficiency and data integrity.

The role requires experience with EHR billing systems, strong communication, and the ability to train staff on advanced functionality.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum of three years supporting or using an EHR billing system in healthcare.
• Preferred: experience with OCHIN Epic, MMIS, Freshservice Support Management.
• HIPAA and 42 CFR familiarity strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes and data flows to optimize billing operations.
• Design, configure, and implement billing information system solutions and EHR modules.
• Lead testing, user acceptance, and post-implementation feedback for billing workflows.
• Train staff on advanced EHR functionality and best practices.
