• Coordinate daily billing operations for timely submission and resolution of claims.
• Serve as primary resource for billing staff, training and mentoring new employees.
• Monitor revenue cycle to identify and address barriers to reimbursement.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve documentation and coding issues.
