Cascadia Health is seeking a Revenue Cycle Support Analyst to optimize billing workflows and EHR modules. You will implement, test, and support billing systems, collaborating with clinical teams and external agencies to sustain operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years supporting or using an EHR billing system in healthcare.
• Familiarity with OCHIN Epic, MMIS, and Freshservice Support Management.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, 42 CFR, Medicare and Medicaid requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes, workflows, and system requirements with finance leadership and stakeholders.
• Design, configure, and implement billing information system solutions and EHR modules to optimize efficiency.
• Coordinate with external billing agencies, internal staff, vendors, and clinical teams to support operations.
• Provide advanced support for billing systems and collaborate with EHR vendors to ensure performance.
• Lead testing and implementation activities, including user acceptance testing and training materials.
