Tegria is seeking a Supervisor for Revenue Cycle Management to mentor and oversee day-to-day activities of the Revenue Cycle Team, ensuring timely, accurate billing, denials reduction, and client cash flow improvement.

You will lead performance measurement, supervise staff, train new members, and collaborate with leadership to optimize MEDITECH workflows while maintaining HIPAA and compliance standards in a remote Minnesota environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in health information management, accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in medical billing including hospital billing and collections.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle, HIPAA compliance, and third-party billing requirements.

Responsabilités

• Mentor and supervise the Revenue Cycle Team on day-to-day activities.
• Oversee contracts, report status, and ensure deliverables meet client obligations.
• Monitor workload and KPI performance to improve cash flow and reduce denials.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and performance input to management; participate in corrective actions if needed.
• Onboard and train new team members; support process improvements and efficiency gains.
