Orthodontic Experts Ltd is seeking a Director of Revenue Cycle to lead centralized billing and collections across multiple locations, ensuring accurate credentialing, claims submission, and timely cash flow.

Reporting to executive leadership, you will drive KPIs, optimize payer contracts, and scale workflows during office transitions. Fully onsite at Des Plaines, IL.

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration and 5–7 years in healthcare revenue cycle required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive healthcare dental billing or revenue cycle management experience, incl. 3+ years in director-level role.
• Advanced knowledge of dental practice management software (e.g., Ortho2) and clearinghouses.
• Deep CDT coding knowledge, insurance verification loops, PPO COB, and Medicaid managed care.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) to translate billing data into reports.

Responsabilités

• Direct centralized billing, collections, verification, credentialing, and payment posting.
• Partner with operations and leadership to define growth-aligned revenue cycle strategies.
• Provide regular reporting on performance, trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Oversee onboarding and integration of new affiliated practices.
• Lead denial management, appeals, and underpayment recovery.
• Drive process improvements and automation to scale across the network.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, regulations, and internal policies.
