Job summary

Orthodontic Experts Management LLC is seeking a Director of Revenue Cycle to lead centralized billing, collections, credentialing, and posting across multiple sites. The role requires strong leadership, payer contract knowledge, and a track record of scaling workflows during growth.

The ideal candidate will manage denials, optimize reimbursement, monitor aging AR, and implement automation to improve efficiency. Onsite leadership with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in healthcare dental billing or revenue cycle management, with at least 3 years in a Director or high-level managerial capacity within a multi-site organization.
• Advanced knowledge of dental practice management software (e.g., Ortho2) and clearinghouses.
• Deep expertise in CDT coding, insurance verification loops, PPO COB, and Medicaid managed care plans.
• Advanced capability in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) to synthesize raw billing data into actionable reports.
• Strong cross-departmental communication capabilities and a proven track record of managing scaling operations during corporate growth.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee centralized billing, collections, insurance verification, credentialing, payment posting, and related revenue cycle functions.
• Partner with operations and executive leadership to develop and execute revenue cycle strategies that support growth and profitability.
• Provide leadership with regular reporting and analysis on revenue cycle performance and reimbursement trends.
• Serve as liaison between Revenue Cycle, Finance, Operations, Clinical and Executive Leadership to align priorities.
• Oversee onboarding and integration of newly affiliated practices.
