Job summary

Gold Coast Dental is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to lead end-to-end revenue cycle operations across our dental practices. You will optimize billing, coding, collections and posting to maximize reimbursements and minimize denials, while driving financial performance.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in revenue cycle management within healthcare or dental settings, strong leadership, and experience with dental billing software and practice management systems.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in revenue cycle management, preferably healthcare/dental.
• Deep knowledge of dental insurance billing, coding, reimbursements.
• Experience with practice management and billing software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle operations: billing, coding, collections, posting.
• Analyze KPIs and financial reports to identify trends and opportunities.
• Mentor billing team to ensure accuracy and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and payer requirements.
• Develop strategies to reduce denials and increase collections.
• Collaborate with clinical/admin teams to streamline workflows.

Position Overview

The Revenue Cycle Manager will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of billing and collections, ensuring maximum reimbursement, minimizing denials, and improving overall financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle operations, including billing, coding, collections, and payment posting
