Growth Orthopedics is seeking a Director of A/R & Reimbursement to lead enterprise revenue cycle operations across clinics and ASC sites. This senior role focuses on improving cash flow, accelerating collections, and optimizing payer reimbursement while building a strong, remote workforce culture.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in revenue cycle leadership, with deep orthopedic/ASC reimbursement expertise and proven ability to manage distributed teams and drive data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive revenue cycle experience.
• Strong leadership in AR and reimbursement.
• Experience managing remote RCM teams.
• Deep knowledge of orthopedic and ASC reimbursement.
• Exceptional communication and change leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-wide oversight of A/R, cash applications, and reimbursement.
• Monitor A/R aging strategy, recovery initiatives, and cash posting accuracy.
• Lead underpayment identification and recovery efforts and payer escalations.
• Collaborate with managed care, coding, and revenue integrity teams.
• Lead remote A/R, cash applications, and reimbursement teams.
• Drive data-driven performance management using dashboards and analytics.
