Job summary

Growth Orthopedics is seeking a Director of A/R & Reimbursement to lead revenue cycle performance across clinics and ambulatory surgery centers. This senior role drives cash flow, accelerates collections, oversees enterprise A/R, cash applications, and reimbursement, and builds a high-performing, people-first culture within a distributed RCM workforce.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in revenue cycle management for multi-site healthcare platforms.
• Experience overseeing A/R across professional, ASC, and ancillary services.
• Strong analytical, process improvement, and data-driven decision skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee professional, ASC, and ancillary A/R across multiple sites.
• Own A/R aging strategy and recovery initiatives.
• Oversee cash posting accuracy, reconciliations, refunds, and recoupments.
• Monitor KPIs including days in A/R, net collection rate, cash acceleration, and denial overturns.
• Lead underpayment identification and recovery efforts.
• Contractual variance analysis and payer escalations.
• Collaborate with managed care, coding, and revenue integrity teams.
• Optimization of allowed amounts and reimbursement predictability.
• Lead and develop remote A/R, cash applications, and reimbursement teams.
• Establish clear performance expectations and career pathways.
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration.
• Data-driven performance management using dashboards and analytics.
• Process redesign and automation initiatives.
• Support RCM centralization, growth, and acquisitions.
• Ensure compliance with payer and regulatory requirements.
