Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, health information management, finance, or related field.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations with denial reduction, payer strategy, coding optimization, or new service line billing.
• Two years of supervisory experience managing teams or functional areas, or equivalent leadership responsibility.
• Master’s degree or certifications preferred for advanced leadership roles.

Responsabilidades

• Direct revenue cycle operations to ensure accurate bills paid promptly and revenue targets are met.
• Monitor denial management, AR aging, and KPI trends with regular reporting to CFO/CEO.
• Oversee patient access, coding oversight, and payer relations across service lines and locations.
• Lead staff development, cross-training, and performance evaluations within the revenue cycle team.
