Job summary

Tulea Health is seeking a Revenue Cycle Director to lead strategy and execution across our ambulatory infusion centers. You will own revenue management processes, build a high-performing team, and align with health-system partners to ensure accurate reimbursement.

In this role you will drive patient-facing revenue integrity, implement technology, establish KPIs, and translate site performance into enterprise insights for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading revenue cycle for ambulatory or outpatient infusion centers.
• Experience building, leading, and mentoring a revenue cycle team.
• Experience driving revenue cycle across multiple sites or portfolios with integrity and collaboration.
• Ability to communicate complex revenue cycle data to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day revenue cycle processes for Ambulatory Infusion Centers (claims, posting, denial management, follow-up).
• Partner with clinical teams to align revenue integrity with patient-facing processes.
• Own technology selection, implementation, and use to support revenue cycle performance.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to exceed customer service and financial targets across sites.
• Collaborate with corporate finance and executive leadership to deliver reporting and forecasting.
