Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of admissions, outpatient registration, preregistration and business office
• Manage subdepartments related to revenue cycle functions (admitting, HIM, billing)
• Ensure efficient preregistration/registration processes and accurate data collection
• Monitor payer contracts and terminology to drive reimbursement and reduce denials
• Coach staff on compliance, patient communications and financial obligations
• Lead departmental meetings and drive process improvements across the department
