Job summary

The role involves collaborating with the Revenue Cycle Manager and Council to optimize billing and analyze reimbursement trends, while contributing to core service initiatives and ongoing performance measurement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Epic functions including reporting and edits.
• In-depth understanding of revenue cycle processes and payment analysis.
• High School Diploma or GED; 1–2 years’ experience preferred.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred; 3–5 years’ experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide data collection and reporting support for goals and strategic plans.
• Support optimization of billing operations and assist in system implementations.
• Develop reports to measure practice performance against benchmarks.
• Identify opportunities to standardize data collection and reporting.
• Compile and distribute statistics across UCP Practice Corporations.
• Support Revenue Cycle Council and Manager to establish optimal billing operations.
• Collaborate to identify and document workflows to enhance IDX system utilization.
• Analyze reimbursement rates and report trends to UCP Practice Corporations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
