Job summary

GRAIL is seeking a Revenue Data Analyst to support billing receivables and reimbursement processes from its Durham, NC office. The role combines data analysis with cross-functional collaboration to improve revenue cycle performance, reporting accuracy, and decision-support dashboards.

Ideal candidates will have degrees in CS, analytics, or accounting and strong Excel or Sheets skills with BI tools. Flexible hybrid work arrangement requires on-site time and collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets and at least one of BusinessObjects, Tableau, or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Compile recurring and ad-hoc reporting for stakeholders across data sets and reporting environments.
• Validate and reconcile data across systems and vendors to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Identify missing, inconsistent, or inaccurate information that could delay claim submission or reimbursement.
• Gather, document, and clarify stakeholder reporting requirements to develop content and manage version control.
• Assist in migrating reports and dashboards from one system to another.
• Maintain knowledge of revenue cycle workflow and project expectations to create and maintain exception reporting.
• Track and enhance KPIs related to revenue cycle performance and billing accuracy.
