Job summary

Zywie Healthcare in Johns Creek, GA seeks a Revenue Cycle Reimbursement Analyst to analyze billing and revenue cycle data, identify payer trends, deny patterns, and opportunities for revenue recovery. You will develop and maintain Excel- and BI-based dashboards and reports.

The role partners with the billing vendor and leadership to monitor A/R, denials, payments, and other metrics, and you'll present data-driven recommendations to drive financial performance.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, revenue cycle analytics, billing analysis, or financial reporting.
• Advanced-level Excel with complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling.
• Ability to reconcile large datasets and explain variances.

Responsibilities

• Analyze weekly and monthly billing data to identify payer trends and opportunities for revenue recovery.
• Analyze reimbursement data to minimize denials and maximize revenue.
• Support projects like payer performance audits and denial reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with the billing vendor to review aging reports and payment posting accuracy.
• Build dashboards and visual reports (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) to track KPIs.
• Summarize findings in reports and present recommendations to leadership.
• Analyze payer mix and referral trends to highlight growth and margin opportunities.
• Prepare and distribute reports as needed.
