Job summary

Zywie Healthcare, based in Johns Creek, GA, seeks a Revenue Cycle Reimbursement Analyst to analyze billing and revenue data, identify payer trends, and uncover opportunities to recover revenue.

You will partner with the billing vendor, monitor A/R and denials, and develop Excel- and BI-based dashboards (Power BI/Tableau). Present data-driven recommendations to leadership to improve financial performance and billing accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis or revenue cycle analytics.
• Advanced Excel with complex formulas and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Analyze weekly/monthly billing data to identify payer trends and revenue opportunities.
• Assess reimbursement data to reduce denials and maximize revenue.
• Support payer performance audits and denials-reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with the billing vendor on age, payment posting, and reconciliations.
• Build dashboards and visual reports (Power BI/Tableau) for KPIs like A/R days and denial rates.
• Summarize findings and present recommendations to leadership.
• Analyze payer mix and referral trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and distribute reports as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
