Job summary

LHH is partnering with a Monmouth County, NJ-based private-equity backed healthcare company to recruit a Revenue Cycle Coding Manager to lead Coding and HIM teams.

You will drive productivity, align workflows with department leaders, and partner with physicians and executives to address operational needs while coaching staff and managing performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.
• 5+ years of people management experience, including managing large teams.
• Experience in Revenue Cycle Management, Coding, HIM, or healthcare operations.
• Proven ability to manage performance, including coaching and corrective action.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage all Coding and HIM staff, including performance management, coaching, and corrective action.
• Establish and enforce productivity expectations; monitor daily output to prevent backlogs.
• Partner with supervisors to align workflow and resolve operational issues.
• Represent Coding Operations in Revenue Cycle meetings and collaborate across departments.
• Communicate with physicians and leadership to address operational needs.

We are working with the Head of Revenue Cycle of a Private-equity backed Healthcare company based in Monmouth County, NJ. Due to recent growth, they are looking for a dynamic Revenue Cycle Coding Manager to lead the function.
