Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify patient insurance eligibility and update demographics.
• Submit/edit claims and appeals; fix rejected claims and provide docs.
• Analyze denials, underpayments, and reimbursement issues per guidelines.
• Manage escalations, bulk projects, and claim follow-up workflows.
• Document actions, protect HIPAA, and support timely claim resolution.
