Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Manager, Revenue Cycle – Cash Applications & Payment Integrity to lead cash applications, deposit reconciliation, credit balances and refunds across the NewCo DME and Pharmacy businesses.

The role focuses on ensuring accurate posting across multiple systems, designing scalable controls, and driving automation to improve cash flow and payment integrity. A strong background in 835 ERA/EFT is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare Revenue Cycle with leadership of Cash Applications preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Deep understanding of EFT/deposit, 835 receipt, EDI routing/splitting, reconciliation and posting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cash Applications across DME and Pharmacy for timely posting and reconciliation.
• Own end-to-end deposit reconciliation across bank deposits, EFTs, and remittance files.
• Establish controls from deposit to 835 receipt and final posting.
• Identify and resolve missing, duplicate, or unreconciled payments.
• Standardize reconciliation processes, SLAs, and reporting.
• Oversee 835 ERA/EFT workflows across multiple businesses and systems.
