Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Manager, Revenue Cycle – Cash Applications & Payment Integrity to lead cash applications, deposit reconciliation, credit balances and refunds across the DME and Pharmacy businesses.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare Revenue Cycle, a strong automation mindset, and deep expertise in 835 ERA/EFT transactions, EDI remittance workflows and end-to-end posting controls. Hybrid/Remote options vary by region.

Qualifications

5+ years in healthcare Revenue Cycle and Cash Applications leadership.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
Understanding of EFT/deposit, 835 receipt, EDI routing, posting and refunds.

Responsibilities

Lead Cash Applications across DME and Pharmacy businesses.
Own end-to-end deposit reconciliation across deposits, EFTs, and remittance files.
Establish controls for deposits from EFT through 835 posting.
Identify and resolve missing, duplicate, or unreconciled payments.
Standardize reconciliation processes and reporting across businesses.
Lead RCM 835/EFT workflows and reconciliation.
Develop scalable future-state processes for remittance routing and posting.
Drive automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
