Bayhealth is seeking a Revenue Cycle Operations Analyst to join the Physician Revenue Cycle team in Dover, DE. The role focuses on analytics, reporting, and denial management to improve revenue performance.

The analyst will develop Epic-based reports, monitor accounts receivable, and support leadership with data-driven insights for practice-level optimization. Strong communication with stakeholders is essential.

Formación

• Five (5) years Physician Revenue Cycle Experience or Data Analytics and Report Writing.
• Epic experience is required to enable optimal report writing.
• Master Degree is preferred; certifications related to revenue cycle are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provides utilization, profitability, yield analysis and bad debt reporting for physician practices and care centers.
• Tracks trends and validates claim and denial volumes, monthly by type and payer.
• Performs root-cause analysis and supports mitigation efforts with leadership.
• Produces denial and eligibility reports and time-to-payment reports for contracted payers.
• Benchmarks productivity against budgets and industry standards; helps refine labor standards.
• Delivers monthly AR aging and revenue reports to practice leadership.
