Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Revenue Cycle Operations Analyst to optimize front-end revenue cycle performance across California programs. You will serve as a subject matter expert in eligibility verification, payer requirements, financial clearance, and billing readiness, partnering with clinical and leadership teams to drive improvements.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, KPI reporting, and training delivery to ensure compliant and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, Analytics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years in revenue cycle, billing operations, or related analytical roles.
• Experience interpreting Medi-Cal, Medi-Medi, commercial payer and eligibility requirements.
• Experience analyzing operational data and producing reports and dashboards.
• Experience with EHR and billing platforms such as IRIS or Avatar.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze front-end revenue cycle workflows and billing readiness across programs.
• Interpret Medi-Cal, Medi-Medi, payer requirements, eligibility and authorization rules.
• Develop and maintain revenue cycle procedures, controls, and best practices.
• Identify risks, coordinate corrective actions with leadership.
• Review billing errors and trends to identify root causes and improvements.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and operational reports.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Deliver training on payer requirements, eligibility processes, and billing readiness.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and revenue cycle teams to optimize workflows.
• Support audits, reporting requirements, and cross-functional initiatives.
