Job summary

Allegheny Health Network is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to perform reporting and analysis of the revenue cycle, monitor accounts receivable, and resolve system issues. You will act as a liaison with staff and leadership to ensure compliant billing processes and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities include root-cause analysis, audits, education, and collaboration with physicians, management, and finance teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in hospital or physician revenue cycle, billing, coding, or related work.
• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid, payer denials and audits is preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical documentation and coding concepts is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and report on accounts receivable performance; identify trends and opportunities.
• Coordinate with practices and leadership to address internal system issues and regulatory risk.
• Support audits, education, and process improvements across the revenue cycle.
• Assist with maintaining CDM integrity and related software processes.
