Qualifications

• 1 year in Project Management preferred
• 1 year in a Epic-billing environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform reporting and analysis of revenue cycle metrics and AR performance.
• Assist staff with internal and external system issues, audits, and questions related to accounts receivable.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve internal controls and optimize CDM and billing processes.
• Provide ongoing education and guidance to departments on revenue management practices.
