Qualifications

• High School/GED is required; 1-3 years in hospital or physician revenue cycle, billing or related work.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare or related field preferred; 1 year in Project Management and 1 year in Epic-billing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial, statistical and operational revenue cycle analyses and present findings to leadership.
• Coordinate with Practice/clinical Directors and senior leaders to improve revenue cycle processes and documentation integrity.
• Monitor and audit revenue cycle issues and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Provide ongoing education and guidance to departments on billing workflows and PM system implementations.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Budget Office and Internal Audit on revenue management initiatives.
