Responsibilities

• Follow up on clinic and hospital-based accounts, collections, payments and resolution.
• Collaborate with hospital staff, clinics, payors and vendors to resolve questions or issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA/42 CFR Part 2 policies.
