Job summary

Oracle Health (Cerner) CommunityWorks is seeking a Revenue Cycle Systems Analyst to support revenue cycle applications, troubleshoot workflows, and optimize system performance across patient registration, charge capture, billing, and accounts receivable. The role requires collaboration with IS, Patient Access, HIM, PFS, clinical departments, and external vendors to ensure accurate reimbursement.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in healthcare revenue cycle or HIS, experience with Cerner

Qualifications

• Experience with healthcare revenue cycle systems.
• Knowledge of patient registration, charge capture, coding, billing and workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with technical and operational teams.
• Experience with EDI transactions (837/835) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot Oracle Health (Cerner) CommunityWorks revenue cycle applications and workflows.
• Investigate system issues affecting registration, charge capture, billing, and accounts receivable.
• Assist with configurations, testing, upgrades, and change management.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle leadership and vendors on system improvements.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and adopt best practices.
