Qualifications

• Education: Associate or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Three to five years progressive experience in computer systems maintenance and/or programming.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance, Microsoft Office Suite, databases and data analytics tools, Excel, cyberquery and/or ad-hoc report writing experience.
• Must be detail oriented, organized, and conscientious with strong time-management and communication skills.
• Willingness to cross-train in other functional areas and maintain confidentiality per HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Support revenue cycle processes from registration through billing, payment posting and collections.
• Coordinate with the PFS Systems Manager / Revenue Integrity and support hardware/software installations as directed.
• Assist in system training and ongoing education for Revenue Cycle operations and troubleshoot issues as needed.
