Adventist HealthCare is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst II & Trainer to review performance data and identify process improvements across billing, claims, collections, and denials. You will troubleshoot EMR and revenue cycle systems and support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Some college or post-level education.
• At least 4+ years of administrative experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Collaborative mindset with Revenue Cycle & Managed Care.

Responsibilities

• Review revenue cycle performance data to identify process gaps and opportunities.
• Maintain and troubleshoot EMR and revenue cycle systems (registration, billing modules).
• Support leadership in strategic revenue cycle initiatives.
• Develop and deliver end-to-end revenue cycle training (registration, billing, collections, managed care).
• Provide system training to Coding team and support the Coding Manager’s direction.
• Support onboarding of new hires with structured training modules.
• Create testing scenarios and document outcomes for all revenue cycle solutions.
• Assist VP of Revenue Cycle with calendar management and project roadmaps.
