Solutions 4 Community Health (S4CH) is seeking a full-time Revenue Cycle Analyst who will identify and analyze billing issues, review accounts receivable, and provide weekly and monthly summaries. The role will identify denials and over/under payments, assist supervisors with denial processing and appeals, and help develop training for Billing staff.

The analyst will maintain knowledge of payer guidelines and tools (eCW, MDCoder, Spotfire, Cognos, Waystar) and produce analytics for client

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• AAPC – certified professional coder.

Responsabilités

• Review accounts receivable and provide a summary on a weekly / monthly basis
• Identify over / under payments and denials and provide findings
• Identify, communicate, and resolve interruptions in the revenue cycle that prohibit maximum reimbursement
• Assist the Supervisor of Revenue Cycle to ensure denials are worked through and appealed appropriately
• Assist the Manager of Revenue Cycle in developing training protocols for Billing staff
• Assist in overseeing, developing, and analyzing specific eCW tasks
• Maintain current knowledge of payer guidelines, fee schedules, contracts, and incentives
• Complete audits of claims and report findings
• Coordinate and participate in regular coding, registration, and site-wide audits for all clients, as well as provide education
• Provide analytics and trend reports for client monthly Executive meetings
• Ability to train providers on MDCoder
• Complete special projects and report findings
