Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Revenue Cycle, Finance, Healthcare IT, Healthcare Analytics, Healthcare Operations or relevant experience.
• Area of study: Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, Information Technology, Data Analytics or Related Field

Responsibilities

• Investigates and resolves moderately complex claims, payment discrepancies, denials, underpayments, retractions, or workflow issues across Revenue Cycle functions.
• Analyzes account- and population-level data to quantify financial exposure, identify patterns, validate root cause, and distinguish errors from systemic issues.
• Interprets payer policies, plan requirements, claim edits, remittance information, and contract provisions to support resolution and escalation.
• Determines whether issue arises from internal process, documentation or coding gaps, technology configuration, payer behavior, or contract ambiguity and recommends next actions.
• Builds and maintains reports, logs, scorecards, or dashboards that track dollars at risk, aging, recoveries, trends, and resolution status.
• Translates root cause findings into workflow, education, system, or automation requirements and participates in testing and implementation.
• Provides peer support and guidance to Revenue Cycle Associates.
• Uses advanced analytic tools to identify trends, root cause, and prioritize work.
• Monitors implemented solutions to validate resolution and impact.
• Supports revenue cycle ad-hoc projects.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains recurring reports, issue logs, scorecards, or dashboards that track dollars at risk, aging, recoveries, trends, and resolution status.

• Provides peer support, knowledge sharing, and task guidance to Revenue Cycle Associates.
• Leverages advanced analytic tools to identify trends, root cause analysis and prioritize work

Additional Requirements

• Experience - 2 years of experience in Revenue Cycle, Finance, Healthcare IT, Healthcare Analytics, Healthcare Operations or relevant experience
• Education - Bachelor's degree; or Associate degree and 2 years relevant professional experience in addition to the minimum Experience requirement; or HS Diploma/GED and 4 years relevant professional experience in addition to the minimum Experience requirement.
