A leading pharmacy care management company seeks a Pharmacy Credentialing Manager. This remote role involves managing Medicaid enrollment and ensuring compliance with payer contracts. This role will report to the Sr Vice President of Contracting and Purchasing and be responsible for managing the Medicaid enrollment and pharmacy credentialing with AnewHealth payers. Additionally, this individual will manage the contract repository for payer and vendor contracting ensuring contracts are renewed/terminated as appropriate by working the business partner to understand business needs.
Areas of responsibility will fluctuate based on organizational needs, allowing the Revenue Cycle Director to develop multiple skillsets.
This is a remote-based position in a fast-paced and high-energy environment, allowing employees to excel in many areas of the company.
Responsibilities
5+ years pharmacy experience
High School Diploma
Licensed Pharmacy Technician
High Organizational Skills
Excellent internal and external communication skills
Ability to complete work in time sensitive circumstance
Ability to prioritize and adapt to quickly changing demands and deadlines
Ability to work independently
Self-motivated and goal oriented
Maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Ability to think critically and document pertinent details in a world class manner that is compliant with PBM payer contracts, state and federal regulations
