What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Audit and evaluate revenue cycle processes within Physician Billing Services and collaborate with various departments
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and provide recommendations for improvements to management teams
- Review and analyze internal processes and client work queues to identify variances and areas for enhancement
- Assist in maintaining Payer Plan structures within EPIC to ensure compliance with billing requirements
- Support training initiatives for team members and address reported issues collaboratively

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related major preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as an analyst (data, financial, business, or related) required
- CPC Certification preferred
- At least 5 years of collection experience, with a minimum of 1 year's experience navigating various data models preferred
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in business analytics and general knowledge of statistics
- Ability to produce quality work within departmental standards and successfully complete training on required Epic modules
- Experience in preparing training materials and providing training to users
