Meta is seeking a Revenue Controllership Manager to lead governance and technical accounting across revenue streams, leveraging AI and automation to scale controls. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to structure new products and pricing models with strong accounting foundations.

This role focuses on governance framework, control environment, and technical accounting positions, while guiding leadership on risk and control prioritization amid a rapidly evolving revenue landscape.

Qualifications

8+ years in revenue accounting or controllership roles.
CPA license and strong GAAP knowledge.
Experience with ASC 606 and product arrangements.
Design and operate internal controls over financial reporting (SOX).
Ability to advise on business deals with accounting implications.

Responsibilities

Own and improve governance framework and control environment for SOX revenue streams.
Research, conclude, and document ASC 606 positions for new products and pricing models.
Maintain a risk-rated inventory of revenue products and prioritize high-risk areas.
Advise business partners on deal and product structuring with accounting implications.
Assess impact of system changes on revenue recognition and controls.
Monitor US GAAP developments and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
Lead cross-functional initiatives across Finance, Product, Eng, Tax, Legal, and Ops.
Deliver clear presentations of technical accounting conclusions to leadership.
Pilot AI/automation ideas to strengthen controls and evidence collection.
