Job summary

Meta seeks a Revenue Controllership Manager to own the governance framework and technical accounting for diverse revenue streams, including ads, subscriptions, and messaging. You’ll partner with product, engineering, and finance to shape constraints and risk controls.

You will research ASC 606 positions, drive automation to improve accuracy and scalability, and present clear conclusions to leadership to drive sound, compliant decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in revenue accounting or controllership roles.
• Experience with ASC 606 and revenue-related technical positions.
• Knowledge of internal controls over financial reporting and SOX.
• Ability to translate complex accounting to senior leadership.
• Experience driving process improvements using AI/automation.

Responsibilities

• Own governance framework and control environment over revenue streams.
• Research and document ASC 606 positions for new products and pricing.
• Maintain risk-rated inventory of revenue products and escalate priorities.
• Advise early on deal structuring with accounting implications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement policy changes.
• Lead internal and external audits on revenue processes.
• Develop clear presentations for leadership on technical issues.
