Job summary

Par Health is seeking a Contracts & Reporting professional to provide revenue contract, pricing and commercial reporting support for the SpecGx business. You will work with Pricing, Finance, Legal, Sales and Product teams to ensure compliant deals and accurate pricing across platforms.

The role reports to the Manager, Contracting & Reporting and requires 1–3 years in contracting or related operations, with proficiency in Model N and Cognos.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in customer contracting, reporting, or contract operations.
• Experience with Accounts Receivable/Payable, Cognos, Excel, Word, AS400 Queries, rfXcel, invoicing systems.
• Working knowledge of Mallinckrodt’s order management, customers and product lines.
• Report writing skills (Cognos, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review pricing and contract documents with Pricing, Product Management, and Sales.
• Maintain contract files, load pricing and rebates in Model N, respond to inquiries, and track changes.
• Support the SOM program and manage expiring contracts; coordinate cross‑functional review.
• Set up international and API contracts in Partner; resolve pricing or membership issues.
