Job summary

Par Health, Inc. is seeking a contracts and pricing professional to provide revenue contract, pricing and commercial reporting support for the SpecGx business. You will collaborate with Legal, Finance, Pricing and Sales to ensure deals align with policy and drive profitability.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience in customer contracting, reporting or contract operations, with familiarity in Cognos, Excel and AS/400 queries. Associates degree preferred; bachelor’s a plus.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred in Business, Accounting or Finance.
• 1–3 years of experience with customer contracting, reporting, contract operations, or customer service.
• Experience with Cognos, Excel, AS400 Queries and invoicing systems.
• Knowledge of pricing, rebates and contract terms to ensure accurate pricing and financial implications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare standard and non-standard contract documents in coordination with Pricing, Product Management, and Sales organizations.
• Work with Legal and Finance to ensure deals are compliant with policies and function with other departments.
• Set up and maintain contract files and load contract pricing, initial membership, and rebates in Model N.
• Respond to pricing and contract inquiries and resolve price discrepancies on chargebacks.
• Track project workflow and maintain audit support for price changes and special projects.
• Support Audit Control by attending bi-weekly Open Items Calls for Generics and Addiction Treatment.
• Manage expiring contracts in Model N and drive annual contract performance reviews.
• Maintain Product and Pricing in ARK portal and run daily Bid Awards notifications.
• Scope: reports to Manager, Contracting & Reporting; works with Pricing, Finance, Legal, Sales, Product Management, Customer Service, Wholesalers, Data Integrity, SOM Team, Customers and Mallinckrodt management.
