Job summary

Dayshape is seeking a commercially minded operations professional to join our growing team in the UK. You’ll own reporting, forecasting, and governance across Sales, Customer Success and Marketing, partnering with leaders to drive revenue growth and data accuracy.

You’ll interrogate data in HubSpot and other systems, deliver actionable insights, and support governance and continuous improvement across the commercial function in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial Operations or Revenue Operations.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data.
• Experience supporting Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• Experience preparing executive and Board-level reporting.
• Advanced spreadsheet modelling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain commercial reporting frameworks covering pipeline, bookings, revenue performance, customer metrics, and marketing effectiveness.
• Prepare the weekly, monthly, and quarterly commercial performance reports for executive leadership.
• Coordinate Board reporting packs with accurate narrative on performance.
• Analyse trends, identify risks and opportunities, and propose actions to improve performance.
